Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile:
DataProfilesprofiles.txt
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile (called TNT), so you will be able to unblock access to all ten levels of play.
