Bitvise SSH Client (a.k.a. Tunnelier) is a powerful tunneling (port forwarding) client that works with any Secure Shell server. It offers tabs for Client -to-Server forwarding and Server-to-Client forwarding. Each can have multiple entries and you can choose to enable or disable selected ones.
