Jcropper is an easy to use tool to crop JPG images to a specific aspect ratio without recompressing them and losing quality (lossless cropping). You can choose from a few aspect ration presets or enter your own pixel values and then simply drag your mouse to select the area you want to crop.

Jcroper supports 24bit and 8bit JPEG images.
