Fraunhofer ;Radium MP3 codec version 1.263 is a is an external MP3 codec that is derived from Fraunhofer's original codec. It enables you to decode and encode MP3 files using external programs like Acid, Audiograbber, CoolEditPro, Jetaudio, MP3 compressor, MPEG Layer-3 Producer 1.1, Soundforge, WinDAC, Wavelab, Windows sound recorder, and many more. This modification has the same high quality as Audioactive MP3 and Opticom Producer including: upper rates of 320, 256, 224, 192, 160, &; 128kBit/s, normal or HQ mode, selectable Stereo and Joint Stereo modes. Follow the instructions included in the zip file to install this program.
