Extract the file, preferably to the folder with the installed game. Trainer must work in parallel with it, because when you start the game, press [Alt] + [Tab]to go back to Windows, run the trainer, set what you need and using the same keys back to the game.
During the game you can use the following key combinations:
[Tab] + [1] -all weapons
[Tab] + [2] -safe
[Tab] + [3] -health to the Max
[Tab] + [4] -increase Wanted Level
[Tab] + [5] -lower Wanted Level
[Tab] + [6] -tank
[Tab] + [7] -destroy all cars
[Tab] + [8] -change the outfit
[Tab] + [9] -crazy people
[Tab] + [O] -people are attacking player
[Tab] + [Q] -people are fighting among themselves
[Tab] + [W] -time passes faster
[Tab] + [E] -even faster
[Tab] + [R] -armor at 100%
[Tab] + [T] -weather changes like a kaleidoscope
[Tab] + [Y] -clear weather
[Tab] + [U] -cloudy
[Tab] + [I] -rain
[Tab] + [O] -drizzle
[Tab] + [P] -in cars
[Tab] + [A] -cars can fly
[Tab] + [S] -better control of vehicles
[Tab] + [D] -the so-called. Gore Mode
[Tab] + [G] -stops time mission
[Tab] + [H] -always healthy
[Tab] + [J] -unlimited ammo
[Tab] + [K] -no police
